who we Are

    para-Deys Acres Maple is a family run maple sugaring operation.  We harvest fresh sap from our very own woods, part of a farm that has been in the family for well over 100 years.  Our family has been making syrup in one fashion or another for over five generations.  Until recently, we kept almost all of it to ourselves and for a few special friends and neighbors.  However, over the last few years, at the urging of the lucky few who enjoyed the fruits of our labor, we decided to offer it for sale.  This web-page is just the next step in that progression, an ageless activity merged with modern technology. 

We boil all of the sap in a glistening clean stainless steel evaporator using bio-diesel as our heat source.  we are considered carbon neutral using this method.

We hope you enjoy our syrup and other products as much as we enjoy making them for you.
